Jamaica and the Dominican Republic are just a few of the beautiful islands that I have gotten the chance to visit, but the Caribbean has so much more to offer than just that and I hope one day I will get the opportunity to visit them all. However one of my favourite things about going to the Caribbean is getting to relax and enjoy the sun in one of the many all-inclusive resorts they have to offer.
In Runaway Bay, Jamaica, it was the Grand Bahia Principe, with its friendly staff, amazing Jerk Chicken and parties that would go on all night long. My experience in the Punta Cana Dreams Resort in the Dominican Republic was a very cozy and quiet one; providing me with an intimate experience with my family.
Every resort has its own atmosphere, so when choosing a resort you have to know why you’re going. Is it for a romantic getaway? To party with your girlfriends? Or to relax and soak up the sun on the beach/poolside? Once you answer this, you are on your way to choosing the best resort for you and your experience.
